SUMMARY:Relaxing Rhythms Drum Circles
DESCRIPTION:This drum circle is about relaxing with easy rhythms. You do NOT need a drum\, there will be hand drums available to use during the session if you do not have your own drum. As you drum and relax\, Dawn also teaches about various types of hand drums\, the cultural origins of the rhythms and the heath benefits of drumming. Leave refreshed and ready for the weekend! \n\n\n\nRegister here – and make sure to select both the date and time you wish.  You must preregister by noon on Thursday to insure your spot.  If you see this  after the deadline –  contact Dawn at 708-926-5557 to see if space is available. \n\n\n\nPlease note: This is an indoor event. Masks will be required. Children are welcome with a parent if they are old enough to introduce themselves and follow simple directions. They do need their own ticket.
